Armenia's government insists on an exclusively peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict in the format of the OSCE Minsk Group, a process which should be based on the fundamental principles of international law, in particular, equality and self-determination of peoples, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said, presenting the program of his cabinet in the parliament.
In addition, he claimed that the negotiations on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict cannot be effective without participation of the separatist regime.
Armenia’s parliament is holding a session to consider a new program of Pashinyan’s cabinet. The lawmakers will decide on the future work of the government and the prime minister, and the prospects of holding the new parliamentary election.
