An earthquake with a magnitude of 2.7 struck Armenia's Shirak province today at 00.09 local time, according to the Armenian Emergency Ministry.
The tremor occurred in the northern part of Armenia, 10 kilometers from Ashotsk village.
The strength of the underground shock was estimated at 3 to 4 points in the epicenter, ARKA reporeted.
Tremors were felt in Ashotsk and Bavra villages.
