The National Assembly of Armenia adopted the bill on the 2017 State Budget.
The proposed law passed by a vote of 83 for, 24 against and one abstention, NEWS.am reports.
The opposition voted against this bill. The MP of the opposition Prosperous Armenia faction Mikael Melkumyan criticized the document as not signaling an inch of progress”.
