Vahagn Vermishyan was appointed as head of Armenia's Urban Planning Committee at the Armenian government's regular meeting.
Vermishyan said he was the chief architect of Stepanavan before 1991, and after that he worked in Russia's Saint Petersburg in the 1990s and Orel region from 2014 to 2017.
The architect said that he has returned to Armenia 1.5 tears ago and has decided to work for the good of the country, ARKA reported.
