Armenia to introduce "new philosophy" of public procurement

Armenian Ministry of Finance plans to introduce a new "legal philosophy" in the public procurement system, Finance Minister Vardan Aramyan said.

According to Aramyan, the system of public procurement should include institution that deals with the conflict of interest, since it's the most effective instrument in the fight against corruption.
