Armenia will be unable to host the 2027 CIS Games due to its tight schedule of other slated sports events, Armenia's Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport Karen Giloyan said.
According to him, "a number of other major international sports events have been planned in Armenia in 2027."
In 2027, Armenia will host the European Gymnastics Championship, the World Weightlifting Championship and the Pan-Armenian Games.
Yerevan will consider an option of hosting the CIS Games only in the year of 2029.
