On Thursday, September 4, a meeting was held between Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan and US Ambassador to Yerevan Kristina Quinn, according to a statement posted on the Armenian government website.
The central topic of the conversation was bilateral relations.
"At the beginning of the meeting, the interlocutors mutually emphasized the importance of the agreements reached between Armenia and Azerbaijan in Washington on August 8, as well as the memorandums of understanding signed between the US Government and the Government of the Republic of Armenia",
the government's press service reported.
The parties also discussed opportunities for developing relations between Yerevan and Washington and reviewed prospects for unblocking regional communications in the South Caucasus.
