Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan held a phone talk with CSTO Deputy Secretary General Valery Semerikov, the Armenian MFA's press service reported.
Mirzoyan briefed his interlocutor on the situation that developed at midnight on September 13 on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
The sides discussed ways to implement existing CSTO mechanisms, the ministry noted.
