Armenian Foreign Ministry has not sent any formal invitation to the head of Crimea Sergey Aksenov, the Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia, Shavarsh Kocharyan, said.
"According to my information, no formal invitation from Armenian Foreign Ministry has been sent, the Armenian-Russian inter-regional forum was organized by the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations of Armenia, and it is possible that he will visit it as an ordinary citizen of Russia," News-Armenia cited him as saying.
