Armenian MP from My Step alliance plans to resign

Armenian parliament member from the ruling My Step alliance Narine Khachatryan said she plans to give up her seat. 

Parliament speaker Ararat Mirzoyan recalled that under part 2 of Article 155 of the National Assembly Regulations, the MP has one week to withdraw his/her written statement on giving up the seat.

If this happens, the speaker comes out with am announcement. If not, the speaker makes a statement on terminating the mandate of the MP. ARKA reported.

Narine Khachatryan made no comments on her decision.
