President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on Monday sent a letter of condolence to his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin in connection with the tragic blast in St. Petersburg metro, NEWS.am reports.
Sargsyan expressed conviction that the city and federal authorities of Russia will do their best to find out the reasons behind the incident.
The Armenian President asked to convey words of condolence and support to those who lost their relatives and close ones, wishing speedy recovery to all the injured.
