The court of general jurisdiction of the Tavush region has heard the case of a villager Verin Tsahkavan Alik, accused of killing 49-year-old Victor O., the press service of Armenia's Judicial Department reports.
According to the investigators, the suspect met the victim on the street on January 4. Having tried to enter into contact with him, Alex A. discovered that the passerby did not want to maintain a dialogue and answered him in some unknown language. In this regard, the defendant decided that the man was Azerbaijani and shot Victor O. with a gun.
