Armenia will not take part in the election of the secretary general of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) that will be hosted by Baku, Armenian MP and head of Yerevan's delegation to the BSEC Gagik Minasyan said.
"We said that we disagree with the venue of the election. We also said that we do not want the election to be organized in Yerevan, either. We suggested holding it in Sofia," he stressed.
"However, the decision has been made, and we will not participate in the election," Interfax cited Minasyan as saying.
