Armenian deputies decide not to vote for amendments to the Constitution

The Armenian parliament has decided to postpone the voting for a referendum on constitutional reform for two weeks until October 5th, when the next four-day sitting of the National Assembly is to take place.

The decision was made after members discussed the draft reform, involving the country's transition from a mixed (semi) to a parliamentary form of government.
