The Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesman's attempt to justify the illegal visits of Armenian officials to the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan, as well as his assertion of non-contradiction with their obligations under the November 9-10 trilateral statement, suggests that Armenian officials, like 30 years ago, continue to dwell under illusions, not drawing conclusions from the new reality in the region.
