Since early morning, thousands of Armenians have been rallying across the country, demanding Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s resignation.
Armenian police detained 137 protesters who were blocking streets in Yerevan as part of a series of anti-government protests, the Armenian Interior Ministry said on Monday.
Protesters calling for Pashinyan's resignation have been gathering weekly in Yerevan since April.
