Baku denied Yerevan's report about the alleged capture of an Armenian soldier. The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan stressed that the information published by the Armenian Defense Ministry that allegedly an Armenian serviceman, while driving a car today, got lost, approached Azerbaijani positions and was taken prisoner, was not true. This is a lie.
Let us remind you that earlier Azerbaijan called on Armenia to return to the negotiating table and discuss the issue of signing a peace treaty based on international law.
The day before, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov announced his readiness to provide Baku and Yerevan with any assistance in preparing a peace agreement.
