‘‘Armenian doctors have conducted psychological and psychiatric examinations of Russian serviceman Valery Permiakov, who is suspected of the murder of the Avetisyan family in Gyumri in January this year,’’ the lawyer of the aggrieved party Lusine Sahakyan stated.
"It is unknown when the results will be ready,’’ News-Armenia cites her.
The examination was carried out on the territory of the 102nd Russian military base.
"The Russian side has already carried out such an examination. According to its results, Permyakov was found sane. The relatives of the injured party petitioned for the same examination to be carried out in Armenia,’’ the lawyer added.
