The Ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) MP Samvel Farmanyan will replace Arpine Hovhannisyan in the Armenian National Assembly (NA) delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), NEWS.am reports.
“The National Assembly President proposed, and I agreed,” Farmanyan said.
Subsequently, Karen Bekaryan replaced Arpine Hovhannisyan in the parliament.
