Arthur Tekushev has been appointed as the acting head of the Chegemsky District, the press service of the government of Kabardino-Balkaria reports.
It is known that in the period from 1996 to 2004 he was a deputy head of the administration of the Chegemsky district. Then he was the chief of staff of the republic's parliament. In 2015 he became the chairman of the parliamentary committee on social policy, labor and health in the Parliament of the Republic.
