At least four people were killed and ten others were injured in twin blasts in Afghanistan's southern Helmand province, Urdu Point reported citing local media.
The explosions occurred at the stadium during celebrations of Farmers' Day in the city of Lashkar Gah, according to the Khaama Press.
No group or person has claimed responsibility for the attack yet.
