Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev during a meeting with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said he hopes to expand cooperation with Tokyo.
Abe, in his turn, praised the parliamentary elections held in Kyrgyzstan on October 4th, in which Japanese equipment was used. Abe said he expects good results following the visit, and to move cooperation in all fields "to a new level" in the future.
Kyrgyz Prime Minister Temir Sariyev, in his turn, noted that Bishkek expects to expand cooperation with Tokyo. According to him, Abe's current visit will be the beginning of long-term multilateral and bilateral cooperation, TASS reports.
