The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia launched an investigation into an attempted murder and illegal purchase and storage of firearms after a man was shot on Melikishvili Street in Tbilisi, InterPressNews reported.
InterPressNews was reported by the Internal Affairs Ministry that the investigation is in progress under Article 19-108 and 236 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, involving an attempted murder and illegal purchase and storage of firearms.
Reportedly, a man was shot by unidentified persons while he was driving a car.
The man continued driving and crashed into a vehicle parked nearby the Philharmonic Concert Hall. The driver left his car and ran away.
