Vienna plans to cancel emergency measures gradually in respect of receiving and transit of Syrian refugees from Hungary.
This statement was announced by Austrian Chancellor Werner Faymann as a result of telephone talks with German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orban.
In addition, Faymann supported the idea of introducing mandatory quotas for a number of refugees, who migrate to the EU countries, as well as the tightening of the border control in respect of people at the external borders of the EU.
