Today, Austrian Embassy in Baku hosted an event dedicated to the National Day of the Republic of Austria.
In his welcoming speech, Austrian Ambassador to Baku Axel Wech said that next year Austria will chair the OSCE. At the same time he pointed out that one of Austria's priorities on this post will be the settlement of conflicts in the area of this organization, including in the South Caucasus and in Ukraine.
Speaking about the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Wech said that Austria fully supports the activities of the OSCE Minsk Group aimed at the peaceful settlement of this conflict.
