Authorities: Blackout will lead to a demographic increase in Yevpatoria

A demographic increase is expected in Yalta after the blackout,  the head of the city administration Andrey Filonov believes.

So he asked the leadership of the republic to allocate funds in order to repair a maternity hospital, Interfax reports.

The head of Crimea Sergey Aksenov supported the idea. "Well done. You don't waste your time. The President said that it is necessary to double the population," he said.
