The autumn conscription for urgent military service began today in Kazakhstan, the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the country reported.

"In the fall of 2017, more than 16,000 citizens of the 1999-1990 birth year are to be drafted to the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations of the Republic of Kazakhstan," Sputnik-Kazakhstan cites the message of the Defense Ministry.
