In 2016 the spring sowing in the North Caucasian Federal District requires 29.5 billion rubles, including 13.4 billion rubles of loan funds, materials of the interdepartmental commission related to seasonal agricultural works and the provision of operational assistance to the AIC authorities of the Russian Federation subjects in the North Caucasus Federal District in Pyatigorsk informs, Interfax South reports.
