In the Komsomolsky park in Pyatigorsk, an alley of 60 birches was planted in memory of those killed in the fire in the shopping center Zimnyaya Vishnya in Kemerovo, the press service of the administration of the city reported.
The volunteer project dedicated to the memory of the victims of the tragedy was entitled ‘A Tree for You’. The organizers of the project, Irina Gornostayeva and Zlata Vlasova, raised funds for the purchase of seedlings, the idea of volunteers was actively supported by the city authorities.
