Closed expert consultations of representatives of the aviation departments of Russia and Ukraine, held today in Brussels, Belgium, did not lead to agreement being reached on the abolition of mutual restrictions on air flights, a diplomatic source reported.
"The aviation departments of the Russian Federation and Ukraine held expert consultations on air services in Brussels today. The negotiations are completed, their official results will be announced after the parties inform their leaderships," TASS quoted him as saying.
Answering a question as to whether an agreement on the mutual abolition of restrictions on flights between Russia and Ukraine was reached, he answered: "No".
