Azerbaijan, Syria, Egypt and some other countries have expressed interest in the SCO, but we must remember that there are strict criteria which must be followed, Russian presidential adviser Anton Kobyakov said.
"Cambodia, Syria, Bangladesh, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Sri Lanka," Kobyakov announced the list of countries interested in the SCO.
"There are 28 documents with clear rules for admission to the organization," TASS cited him as saying.
