Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on Wednesday approving the "Agreement on Trust Fund Project between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization".
The agreement was signed on December 20, 2021.
