Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has issued a decree, according to which the Office of the State Flag Square Complex is to be abolished.
Its functions, as well as public property owned by the complex is to be transferred to the management of the Primorsky Boulevard under the Cabinet.
According to another Presidential decree, Ilgar Mustafayev was appointed as the head of the service instead of Afgan Shahmarov, Trend reports.
