President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has ordered measures to be developed for improving the financial and technical support for national horse breeding.
5.8 million manats were allocated for these purposes from the Presidential Reserve Fund. 2.8 million manats will be spent on finishing the reconstruction of the Republic Center of Artificial Pollination; 1.5 million on implementation of measures for the development of the Karabakh horse breed; and 1.5 million on development of the Deliboz horse breed, according toabc.az.
The Ministry of Finance has been ordered to provide the financing.
