Azerbaijan can join Russia’s GLONASS satellite navigation system in the future, the head of Azercosmos JSC, Rashad Nabiyev.
"If we can promote the development of the system, we can surely join, but it will be possible if the sides reach a corresponding agreement," RIA Novosti cited him as saying.
