Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the establishment of the Appeal Board under the President.
According to the document, the objectives of the new structure are to ensure multi-stages of appeals of individuals and legal entities in the field of entrepreneurship, improvement of the mechanism for filing complaints to a higher authority on the decisions of central and local executive bodies, action or inaction.
The head of state has also approved the provision on the Appeal Board and its composition, Trend reports.
Eldar Nuriyev, the head of the department of state control of the presidential administration of Azerbaijan, became its chairman.
