The Russian Center for the Development of Agricultural Exports has published statistics on the supply of sausages abroad. According to Agroexport, Azerbaijan is among the top three buyers of this product.
In the first four months of this year, the volume of exports of sausages from Russia increased by 21% compared to January–April last year. In total, supplied almost 15 thousand tons to other countries during this period Russia.
Supplies were increased primarily due to Kazakhstan. According to the Center for the Development of Agricultural Exports, this country traditionally leads in sausage purchases. In total, the republic purchased over 11 thousand tons of sausages, exceeding the 2023 figure by more than 20%.
