The 'Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company' has announced a 20% decrease in tariffs for its services.
"In order to create favorable conditions for the transit of Turkish cargoes to Kazakhstan through the Caspian Sea, transportation tariffs from Azerbaijan to Kazakhstan's ports and back were decreased by 20%.
Now, for the delivery of a standard truck (TIR with length of up to 16.5 meters) to one end (Baku-Aktau or Aktau-Baku), the tariff amounts to 1200 dollars, for transportation there and back it costs 2100 dollars," abc.az cites the company's statement.
