Azerbaijan changes rules of the tuition fees in foreign universities in the framework of the State program of education of Azerbaijani youth abroad in 2007-2015.
According to the decision №235 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan dated June 22nd 2016, the payment is made to the treasury account of the Ministry of Education in manats at the official exchange rate on the day of payment. At the same scheme the other publicly funded costs of students are paid through authorized financial institutions, abc.az reports
