The State Road Transport Service of Azerbaijan continues taking steps to expand the geography of international bus service, abc.az reports.
SRTS head Elnur Abdullayev has stated that currently negotiations are underway on the organization of bus trips to Ukraine.
"Basically, it is planned to organize flights to those cities, where Azerbaijani students are mainly studying. We intend to organize the transportation of passengers to those cities where it is possible to deliver passengers within 48 hours," Abdullayev said.
He added that with the goal of improving the bus services the SRTS is also negotiating with partners about simplification of pricing policy.
"In particular, we propose to introduce a 50% discount for children aged from 5 to 12 years, tickets are not purchased for children under 5 years," Abdullayev said.
