Azerbaijan has prepared a draft agreement on a peaceful settlement and presented it to Armenia, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at a press conference with his Russian colleague Sergey Lavrov on December 5 in Moscow.
Bayramov stressed that Baku highly values the role of the Russian Federation in the normalization of Azerbaijani-Armenian relations.
