Azerbaijan reduces punishment for illegal entrepreneur activity: now, those who were found guilty of it are exempted from criminal responsibility under certain conditions. Corresponding amendments to the Criminal Code were approved by the President Ilham Aliyev.
Those who committed the illegal act for for the first time wil be able to avoid criminal punishment. To do this, they must pay a fine and transfer profits from illegal business activities to the state budget, Trend reports.
