Azerbaijan’s First Vice-President, Chair of the Baku 2017 Islamic Solidarity Games Organizing Committee Mehriban Aliyeva watched the finals of the women's wrestling competitions held at the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games in Baku.
After the finals were held, she awarded the winners of the wrestling competitions.
Azerbaijani wrestlers Elis Manolova and Leyla Gurbanova won the gold medals on May 19 in the women`s 69kg and 48kg weight class at the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games in Baku.
The 4th Islamic Solidarity Games are held in Baku from May 8 to 22. Athletes will compete at 16 sports facilities in 20 types of sports - 17 Olympic and three non-Olympic ones.
