The Armenian President's call for the use of a differential approach in relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, recognizes the existing reality, said Hikmat Hajiyev, head of the press service of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, commenting on Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan’s statement at the joint press conference with President of the European Council Donald Tusk.
Hajiyev said that it is necessary to understand the difference between Armenia, which is an invading state and an aggressor, and Azerbaijan, whose territories have been occupied.
