Azerbaijan's Republic Day marked in London

Azerbaijani Embassy in the UK hosted an official reception in honor of the Republic Day.

It was attended by co-chairman of England-Azerbaijan Society from the Azerbaijan side, the rector of Baku branch of the Moscow State University, professor Nargiz Pashayeva, and the vice-president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva, as well as the UK officials.

The event kicked off with a performance of Azerbaijani violinist Sabina Rakcheeva, who performed the national anthems of Azerbaijan and the United Kingdom.
