Azerbaijan's parks of culture and rest transferred under authority of local executive power

By Decision #148 the Cabinet Ministers of Azerbaijan has made amendments to the list of agencies not included in the structure, but which are subordinated to the Ministry of Culture & Tourism, abc.az reports.

According to the amendments, parks of culture and rest, together with their property have been transferred under authority of local executive bodies.

The Ministry of Culture & Tourism and the State Committee for Property Affairs will undertake solution of issues arising from this decision.
