By the end of 2023, the first residents will arrive in Shusha, the special representative of the President of Azerbaijan in Shusha, Aydin Karimov, informed. The statement was made at a meeting of heads of diplomatic missions in Azerbaijan.
The main task now is to create all the necessary conditions for the refugees to return to their native lands as soon as possible, Kerimov says.
"The construction of the first residential complex, consisting of 23 buildings, has already begun in Shusha. By the end of the next year, we will receive our first residents and hand over the keys to their houses. This is a project that we are proud of. At the same time, this is a very responsible project for us,” Kerimov underlined.
