Wind farms on the platforms in the Caspian Sea will make it possible to save about 200,000 cubic meters of gas per year, the head of the State Agency on Alternative and Renewable Energy Sources Akim Badalov stated.
He stressed that this project, as well as 'Oil Rocks', will be the first in the world, Trend cites him as saying.
