Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree to make amendments to the status of the State Historical-Architectural Reserve Icheri Sheher, located in the center of the Azerbaijani capital.
According to the amendments, restoration, repair and maintenance works carried out by individuals and legal entities on the territory of the reserve will be immediately stopped after finding a monument (artifact). The National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan (NASA) and the Office of the reserve ought to be informed about the discovery it, Abc.az reports.
