Today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan issued a statement in connection with the decision of the administrative court of Lyon to annul the illegal ‘agreement’ between the French commune of Villeurbanne and the invaders of Shusha, concluded on May 18, 2015, in violation of the laws of Azerbaijan and France.
“So far, 10 illegal ‘agreements’ signed between the cities of France and the so-called local authorities created by the illegal regime in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan have been canceled by relevant court decisions in France. It should be emphasized that all three illegal charters signed with Shusha, which is the historical center of the Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan, were canceled, ”Azerbaijani diplomats noted.
